Through this module, you can easily create payment requests for customers and collect the full or partial amount of a sale in advance.


In just a few clicks, paying becomes easy for everyone, and you don't need to create unnecessary credit notes.


Register payment

After creating and sending the payment request to the customer, you can easily register the payment by clicking the green "Payment" button.


Next, enter the payment method and optionally a note. Finish by clicking "Register Payment."



The status of the invoice is now "paid."


Curious about which payment requests are still outstanding? Go to the payment requests overview and filter by "outstanding payment requests.


Send payment reminder

Did you know that you can also send automatic reminders for payment requests?

To enable this, turn on the "Send automatic reminders" option under settings.



Create invoice from payment request

From a payment request, you can also create an invoice.

Go to the payment requests overview, select the payment request to be invoiced, then click on 'Create Document' > 'Invoice'.



If you have created an invoice from a payment request and have already added the payment to the payment request, you will see that the payment is also automatically added to the invoice. The status of the payment request will automatically change to "Completed" after the invoice is created.


Link bank transactions to a payment request

Under Invoices > More Actions > Import Bank Transactions, you can import bank transactions and automatically mark all your invoices (and receipts) as paid.


If you want to link specific bank transactions to a payment request, go to the overview of imported bank transactions, click on 'Actions' > 'Link,' select the payment request, and then click 'Link' again.




The bank transaction has been successfully linked.
