SimplyBooks is also available on mobile devices, giving you access to your administration anytime and anywhere. This allows you to continue working easily from your smartphone.
An official app is available for Android through the Google Play Store. Do you use an iPhone or iPad? You can use SimplyBooks directly in your browser and, if you wish, add it as a shortcut to your home screen. An official iOS app is also under development and will become available in the Apple App Store at a later time.
What can't you do in the app?
The app has been intentionally kept simple and focuses on the features you use most while on the go.
For that reason, some settings are not available in the app, such as:
- Creating a new account
- Activating or configuring Peppol
- Creating or editing document layouts
- Managing advanced account and integration settings
These actions can be performed through the web version of EenvoudigFactureren on your computer, smartphone, or tablet.
Installation - Android
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
- Search for EenvoudigFactureren.
- Tap Install.
- Sign in with your existing SimplyBooks account.
Once you're signed in, you'll have immediate access to your administration. You can manage invoices, view customers and continue working wherever you are.
Shortcut - Apple
Open Safari on your iPhone / iPad.
Go to SimplyBooks.be.
Tap the Share icon (the square with the upward arrow).
Scroll down and choose 'Add to Home Screen'.
Optionally enter a name.
Tap 'Add'.
The website will now appear as an app icon on your home screen.
