With Ponto, bank transactions from your bank are retrieved to automatically update the payment status of your invoices.
Ponto acts as a bridge between your business accounts and our software, enabling automatic reconciliation of your invoices. We compare your transactions with your sent invoices, so you no longer need to manually check each bank account to see if an invoice has been paid.
Ponto can connect to the bank accounts of many Belgian banks, including ING, KBC, KBC Brussels, CBC, BNP Paribas Fortis, Fintro, Hello Bank!, Axa, Belfius, Crelan, and more.
Setting up a connection with Ponto is only possible with a Pro subscription or higher.
How do I create a Ponto account?
To set up the connection, you first need a Ponto account. You can create an account yourself via Ponto's website at [https://dashboard.myponto.com/sign-up](https://dashboard.myponto.com/sign-up).
After registering your account, click on the "Accounts" tab and then on "Add account" to link your bank accounts.
For each added bank account, you will be charged €4 per month (excluding VAT) by Ponto. Only one bank account can be linked to our software.
