The VAT number is indeed activated in the CFE, so there is no error in the number.

However, it is still not visible on VIES, a VAT information exchange system that we work with and that ensures that all fields are automatically filled in when entering VAT numbers. For the time being, you will therefore have to enter the data manually for this customer until the data has been updated on VIES. This can take some time and we have no visibility on this.
