To add an address or domain to your whitelist
Sometimes emails, including invoices sent by EenvoudigFactureren, unintentionally end up in your spam folder. This can be due to strict spam filters or because certain senders may be using shared web servers that are flagged as suspicious.
As a recipient, you always have the option to add an address or domain to your whitelist to ensure emails land in the correct inbox. This applies to emails sent from the domain eenvoudigfactureren.be as well.
Depending on the email program you use, you'll need to follow specific steps to do this.
Below, we provide step-by-step instructions for Gmail, Outlook, and Apple's Mail app. If you use a different program, search online for instructions from your provider on how to add email addresses to your whitelist.
Gmail (desktop)
1. Go to gmail.com and log in.
2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner.
3. Select "Settings".
4. Click on "Filters and Blocked Addresses".
5. Click on "Create a new filter".
6. In the "From" field, enter the email address you want to whitelist.
7. Click "Create filter".
8. Check the box next to "Never send it to Spam".
9. To save, click "Create filter".
Additionally, you can also add the sender to your Google Contacts. More information on how to do this can be found [here](https://support.google.com/contacts/answer/1069522).
Gmail (mobile app)
1. Open the email that ended up in your spam folder.
2. Tap on "Report not spam".

- In the menu that appears, click on "Junk".
- Select "Never block sender" from the subsequent menu.
Email addresses in your Outlook contacts are considered safe senders by default.

1. Open the email that landed in the "Junk email" folder.
2. Tap on the three dots in the upper-right corner (next to the trash can icon).
3. Tap on "Not junk".
4. Tap on the name or email address of the sender, and then tap on "Add to contacts".
Apple Mail app
1. Open the email that ended up in your spam folder.
2. Click on the name or email address of the sender.
3. Click on "Create New Contact" to add the sender to your contacts.
If you've taken these steps but your customers are still missing too many emails in spam or they're not arriving at all, consider using your own mail server or address to send documents from EenvoudigFactureren. Below is a helpful article with instructions on how to do this precisely.
