To manage layouts in Simplybooks:
1. Exporting a Layout:
- Go to the Layout overview.
- Click on the desired layout, then choose "Actions" > "Export." This will download a ZIP file containing the layout.
2. Importing a Layout:
- In the Layout overview, click on "More actions" > "Import."
- Provide a new name for the layout and upload the ZIP file containing the exported layout.
3. Replacing an Existing Layout:
- To update an existing layout, click on the desired layout and select "Actions" > "Replace."
- Upload the ZIP file with the previously exported layout to replace the current one.
These steps allow you to export layouts for backup or transfer to another EenvoudigFactureren account. Importing a layout lets you reuse it or update existing layouts for invoices and other documents effectively.
